For over 25 years,  The Phoenix Network's team of accredited health care professionals have successfully created a continuum of Project Driven residential inpatient and community based outpatient brain injury rehabilitation treatment options that are uniquely tailored to meet individual client needs and their movement towards community integration.

Functional Activity Programs​

  • Safety assessments (as facilitated by an Occupational Therapist) are mandatory for all clients accessing services offered through our Functional Activity programs.
​Cognitive Communication Therapy
(Speech Language Therapy)

Occupational Therapy​
  • Assessment and intervention pertaining to functional skills in consideration of physical, cognitive, emotional, social and environmental limitations and strengths

  • Therapy to enhance skills associated with activities of daily living

  • Comprehensive assessment and treatment planning of home and work environments with adaptations to improve abilities and minimize risk

  • Assessment and treatment of cognitive skills redefined as a result of injury (planning, organization, memory, problem solving, decision making, prioritizing, impulsivity)

  • Return to work

Phychotherapy​



  • Assessment and intervention offered to individuals, couples and families who may require supports in the areas of:

    • Post Traumatic Stress Injury
